• We do not use any data obtained from users, including but not limited to Google Drive, to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or ML models.
• Any analysis or processing of such data is conducted solely for the purpose of providing the service requested by the user and not for any form of AI or ML model training.
• We implement stringent data handling and processing protocols to ensure that the use of data aligns with this policy, including regular audits and checks.

We do not sell your personal data. It is used solely for the purposes of providing, improving, and ensuring the security of our extension.

3. Data Retention and Deletion
According to Qquest retention policy, data can be:

• Deleted automatically: we only saved users' content data generated from usage for 30 days in the case that user doesn't request for extra retention specifically;
• Deleted by a user: for example, if the user requests to delete the Qquest account, the conversation history on what the user queried before will be removed immediately;
• Deleted by a user and retained for some period: for example, users' billing information will be retained for a month in case the user need to recover for it.
